-The Customer will have the option to search for holiday or vacation spots any where in the world. The search criteria will comprise-
-Country & Region
-Advance Search criteria: The customer will search by selecting on their requirement by selecting from the drop down list from the first day and the last day of the journey, number of person, types of hotel, number of rooms in the hotels, laundry facilities etc
-Results Page: This Page would return data based on the search details set by the Customer
-The customer can also check tariffs, and detail charges offered by the proprietor, availability and payment options.

#The Proprietor
-The Proprietor have control on their websites, he would have options to add new advertisements and deleting the existing ads and offer from their own websites.
-He has the fool ability to choose the layout of the site according to their look and feel, upload images and put text content for all pages - the introductory page, facilities page, accommodation and tariffs page and the contact us page.
-The proprietor can also view his bookings that comprise the name of the customer, property booked, date of booking, advance deposits and balances paid.
The proprietor can also add new bookings and edit existing ones.

#The Administrator
-The administrator will have options to add or delete the proprietor or the customer’s information.
-The administrator will be have the option to see a list of all properties that accept online payments and a list of properties for which reservations can only be made through an email form.
-The administrator will have the option to add New Locations, Edit Existing Locations and Delete Locations. He can also add, delete or edit proprietor as well as customer information.
#WEB ENABLING YOUR BUSINESS

-The User will be able to access any section of the site they wish which is available on the screen of the desktop of your computer when search on the Internet.
-They will be able to access any other section of the site just as easily from bottomless within the site as they could upon entry to the site
-This portal will provide hierarchal search facility over 3 screens having user friendly options that require no knowledge of computer can easily browse it. These are type of holiday, geographic location and specific search criteria.

#Online Payment

-The portal will facilitate online payments for holiday accommodation allowing people to book their properties there and then.
-Once a booking has been made a receipt will be automatically emailed to the customer & to the administrator.

#Online Availability

-Visitors to the website will be able to check in real time the availability of the property and offer they are interested in.
-If a booking is made online & paid for, the availability database is automatically updated
-If a reservation is made by telephone or fax the database will be updated manually through a web interface.
-Availability databases can handle multiple properties owned by a single owner.
